Red Bear Films and VML asked us to help wow Shell. We didn’t bring a pitch deck. We brought a world. (Because nothing says “Platinum Status” like building a city of rewards where dinner tables float in the clouds and race cars collect perks at 200 mph.)
Shell wanted to launch their new Platinum Status Fuel Rewards program, aimed at their most loyal customers — the ones who fuel up more than 12 times a month. Instead of explaining the perks, we showed them. Think high-end dining in the sky (balloons, tablecloths, the works), deep-sea treasure hunts, and Indy 500 energy where every lap earns rewards.
VML loved it so much they asked us to pitch it directly to Shell. Shell loved it so much they said, “Cool, let’s just make this the entire campaign.”
What started as a high-stakes conference opener turned into:
30-second national broadcast spots / 15s and 6s for social
An interactive Infinite Zoom experience where you literally fly from clouds to racetracks to treasure chests and back again — because why not?
